Shipping
We ship only to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Free shipping is offered on orders meeting the specified conditions (see below for details). Orders below the free-shipping threshold will incur actual shipping charges, calculated by the selected carrier (USPS or UPS) at checkout.
For certain high-volume or oversized items, shipping surcharges may apply. Before placing your order, if you anticipate expedited delivery or special handling, please contact our Customer Support team.
Shipping Services & Restrictions
We utilize USPS Priority Mail as well as UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select for expedited service. Some restricted items cannot be shipped via expedited delivery. If you select a restricted item and require fast service, please note that the order may be delayed or subject to standard shipping only.
Free Shipping Conditions
Free shipping is applicable when the package’s calculated weight is under 5 lbs and the order value reaches the free-shipping minimum as displayed at checkout. Restricted items, oversized goods, or special-order products may not qualify for free shipping and may incur additional freight charges.
Sales Tax
Where applicable, sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout in accordance with state and local tax laws. The amount of tax depends on the shipping address. By placing an order, you authorize us to collect the required sales tax for delivery to your destination.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date for items that are unopened, unused, and in a resalable condition, with all original packaging intact. To initiate a return, you must contact our Customer Support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please allow up to 24 hours for refund processing after we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
